I grew up with Smoky Jon's bbq sauce but had never been there to actually try their food before and WOW was it incredible. The food was ready shortly after the estimated time and when we got there the man at the counter was friendly and provided fast service. When we got home and got to finally dig in everything we had was a hit. The mac & cheese was so cheesy and delicious, ribs were tender with a noticeable smoky flavor, mashed potatoes were flavorful and smooth, corn was well seasoned, and chopped brisket was moist. A fantastic birthday dinner, I highly recommend to anyone who prefers their food with flavor.

Ignore the Karens leaving one star reviews. This place is amazing. For 20 I got the brisket sandwich with fries, fried sugar biscuits, and a soda. I left completely stuffed. The sandwich was huge and delicious. I've eaten at many BBQ joints from Nashville, to St. Louis, to OKC, to Dallas, and this place right here in Madison does NOT disappoint. Only downside is that the dining room is tiny. If it's busy when you go, you may have to eat in your car. Not really a big deal unless you're one of those Karens I mentioned earlier.

Can't wait to return, although I have left-overs in the frig! Great ribs with a smoke ring and tasty sausage links. The young man behind the counter was friendly, knowledgeable, and efficient. Couldn't have asked for better food or service.

I ordered a large combo package along with extra meat and sides for my wedding. My wife and I received several complients from our guest on how good the food was. Ordering and pick-up was very easy. And set-up was a breeze. I would definitely recommend Smoky Jon's for feeding your party!

Some of the best BBQ I’ve had anywhere in the country. The sauce is incredible and the meat was cooked perfectly. Ordered the half slab combo with the jumbo 1/2 chicken. Found my new favorite spot.

Wow!! Best ribs I’ve had in the Midwest so far. The bbq sauce is sweet and yummy. Get the side of corn too. Delicious. The brisket sandwich and fries were delicious too. Loved the atmosphere and customer service was excellent as well. Our food came out quick. I will be back!

Out of ham now turkey on superbowl. But great bbq! I'm from TX so... #4 eats here so might see him on Fridays!
